Progressing
The ethos behind the ETC is to find and develop talented players and showcase them at the right time to professional clubs. Should a club show interest in a player, we will liaise with the player’s family and the club to ensure both parties maximize the situation and available options.
The most common form of interest offered by a club is a trialist placement. The ETC will make every effort to help organise a successful trial. During the trial period, the ETC will remain in contact with the club to monitor the player’s progress and take note of any possible areas for improvement. Within the past 12 months, we have placed players with Southampton, Chelsea, Portsmouth and Bournemouth, as well as various Development Centres.

Since our formation is 2008, we have helped 56 players progress to professional clubs. The following is a downloadable PDF showing a selection of these players and the clubs to which they have progessed to.
Exit Routes
Unfortunately, no guarantee can be made that a player will progress into a professional club, as some players may never reach the required level. As such, the ETC has formed links with higher-level outfits outside of professional clubs to give players a possible exit route above and beyond grassroots football. [...]
